SERVICE DEPOSIT

• Appointment deposits will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking
• All deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferrable and will go towards the service cost
• Deposits for brow appointments can be transferred once if a cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the appointment date. A second rescheduled appt will require a new deposit

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a 50% service charge(no exceptions)
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a 100% service charge(no exceptions)
• To cancel: you must call Still Brows and include your NAME| NUMBER| APPT INFO

RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

• To reschedule you must first notify the artist to cancel original appointment. New appointment can be made online or by phone
• Rescheduling may result in a price change depending on the current pricing for that time period
• Deposit can only be transferred once. A second rescheduled appt will require a new deposit. no exceptions

LATE POLICY

• Clients will be given a 15 min grace period if they are late
• Appointment will be cancelled and considered a NO SHOW if over 15 minutes late. Clients will be subject to NO SHOW policy

STUDIO RULES

• Additional guest will not allowed to sit and watch in the procedure room
• Guest have the option to wait in the lobby or in their vehicle

CREDIT CARD ON FILE POLICY

• A credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. Card information is secured and stored on file for a deposit, cancellations and no-shows. This also makes the cashing out process much quicker
• Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid the no-show cancellation fee

POLICY AGREEMENT

• By booking an appointment, you understand and agree to the studio terms and policy
• Studio policies are subject to change at anytime without notice

Clients must read the health check list below and determine if they are eligible for Powder Brows. Certain conditions will require written consent from your doctor.   

Who is not a good candidate for permanent eyebrows?

• PREGNANT WOMEN

• UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

• TAKING BLOOD THINNERS (must provide a doctors note)

• SEVERE FEAR OF NEEDLES

• DIAGNOSED WITH OCD OR EXTREMELY PICKY

• SKIN IRRITATIONS NEAR EYEBROWS

• BOTOX/FILLERS WITHIN THE LAST 3 WEEKS

• ACCUTANE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR

• HISTORY WITH KELOID SCARRING

• AUTO-IMMUNE DEFICIENCIES  (must provide a doctors note)

• GLAUCOMA/ DIABETIC

• ALLERGIC TO ANESTHETICS

• PEOPLE SUFFERING OF SEVERE ACNE

• TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS

• HEPATITIS / HIV

• ANYONE THAT IS A HEMOPHILIAC

• IF YOU BLEED EASILY

• USE TO SUN SENSITIZING MEDS/CREAMS

• EPILEPSY/SEIZURES

• UNCONTROLLABLE BLOOD PRESSURE

• PSORIASIS/ECZEMA NEAR THE EYEBROW

• CURRENTLY UNDERGOING OR HAS FUTURE PLANNED/SCHEDULED RADIATION THERAPY

• HAS RECIEVED THERAPHY, CHEMOTHERAPY, OR ANY OTHER TREATMENTS IN THE LAST 45 DAYS

• LIPS: HAVE HISTORY WITH COLD SORES, FEVER BLISTERS, HERPES
